SALATHE TREK GTX - Olive

Wore these on a rocky 9-mile loop and my ankles felt locked in the whole way down. The Gore-Tex kept my feet bone dry even after a stream crossing. Stiff enough for scree but didn't need much break-in.

The taller 6-inch cut gives great ankle support without restricting movement—I felt secure on uneven terrain right out of the box. Been through a few rainy hikes and my feet stayed perfectly dry the whole time.

Wore these on a muddy spring hike and my feet stayed completely dry thanks to the Gore-Tex lining. The mid-cut height gives way more support than my old low hikers, though the break-in took a couple of trips. Grippy on wet rock too.
